What The Heck Is A Fuji Ultrasonic Flowmeter?

In order to answer this question, we first need to know what a flowmeter is and then find out what makes a Fuji ultrasonic flowmeter to stand out from other flowmeters (even though, technically, they have legs with which to stand on). A flowmeter (or "flow meter") is a little tool that looks a lot like a mutated pocket calculator. It measures the rate of viscosity (movement or flow) of liquids or gases.
